Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Luminious Discord bot, its website and its dashboard. By adding the bot to a server or signing in to the dashboard, you agree to them.

01Acceptance of terms
Luminious ("the Service", "we") is a security and moderation bot for Discord servers, together with this website and its configuration dashboard. By inviting the bot, keeping it in a server you manage, or signing in with Discord, you accept these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the server you administer.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, remove the bot from your server and stop using the dashboard.
02Eligibility
- You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement in your country (13+ in most regions).
- You must comply with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.
- You must have the authority (Manage Server or equivalent) for any server on which you configure the bot.
03What the service does
The bot monitors server audit-log events and message activity to detect and respond to destructive actions ("nukes"), raids and spam. Depending on your configuration it may automatically ban, kick, jail or strip roles from accounts, delete webhooks and messages, and restore channels, roles and settings from snapshots.
- Automatic actions are driven entirely by the limits, triggers and penalties that server staff configure.
- Snapshots (backups) of server structure are taken automatically and on demand so a damaged server can be restored.
- The dashboard writes the same settings the bot's own commands write — there is no separate 'web' state.
04Your responsibilities
- Configure triggers responsibly. You are responsible for actions the bot takes with the limits and penalties you set.
- Do not use the Service to harass, target or punish users in ways that violate Discord's rules or applicable law.
- Do not attempt to bypass, overload, reverse-engineer or exploit the Service, its API or its infrastructure.
- Do not use the Service to store or distribute unlawful content, including within backup snapshots.
- Keep your Discord account secure — actions taken by your account or your server's whitelisted accounts are your responsibility.
05Availability & changes
The Service is provided free of charge and on an "as available" basis. We work hard to keep it online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change, be suspended or be discontinued at any time without notice.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the support server; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
06Suspension & termination
We may restrict, suspend or permanently deny access to the Service for any server or user that violates these terms, abuses the Service, or poses a risk to other users or our infrastructure — at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
You can stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from your server. Stored data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
07Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Luminious is a protective tool, not a guarantee: no security software can stop every possible attack, and restores depend on the most recent snapshot available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of community members, or other losses arising from use of — or inability to use — the Service, including actions the bot takes according to your configuration.
